Photography Policy

Pleasant View Orchard is a popular location for family portraits, seniors and other photography.  Because we are a working farm we ask that you follow the following guidelines for everyone’s safety and out of respect of other guests visiting our orchard.

Photography Guidelines

  1. Photography is only allowed when we are open for business during the months of July through November and only during our business hours of 9am – 6pm.  You must be completely finished and leave by 6pm.

  2. Please check-in with a staff member in our store and someone will direct you to a location in the orchard where you should be out of the way of other guests picking apples.

  3. Please be respectful of other guests in the orchard and do not block any areas where guests are picking apples.

  4. If you plan to use apples in any of your photography you must purchase a Pleasant View Orchard bag before picking apples.

  5. Please do not climb any of the trees, farm equipment, or use ladders.  Your safety is very important to us and tree limbs can be broken or damaged.

  6. We do reserve the right to ask any photographer to leave if you are not following any of our guidelines.
